As president of Anthology Senior Living, Justin Dickinson oversees the investment, development, asset management, and operations of more than 40 communities encompassing approximately 2,000 residents and 1,900 team members. In his more than 15 years of industry experience, Justin has built an expansive knowledge of the senior living space having held positions focused on operations, finance, real estate, construction and design.

Prior to his appointment as Anthology president, Justin served as the executive vice president of Waterton’s seniors housing arm, Pathway to Living, where he oversaw the platform’s operations and growth strategy, and as senior vice president of acquisitions and investments for Anthology, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and processing senior housing real estate transactions. Justin’s experience also spans the retail, industrial, residential and medical real estate sectors, having held investment, construction and development roles with Janko Group, Frauenshuh Healthcare Real Estate Solutions and Welltower, Inc (NYSE: WELL).

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University

Erin Caswell oversees the operating portfolio for Anthology Senior Living, which includes new openings, lease-up, and stabilized communities. In addition, she collaborates with all of the Anthology teams to improve and refine the day-to-day operations of Anthology Senior Living and its communities, including human resources, culinary, engagement, plant operations, finance, clinical, and on-site community management teams. Previous to Anthology, Erin was the Vice President of Strategic Planning & Analysis for Spectrum Retirement Communities and held multiple positions with Archstone-Smith Trust, a multifamily REIT.
 
Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in Molecular, Cellular, & Developmental Biology and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Andrew Agins oversees Anthology’s investment, asset management, revenue management, and data analytics strategies across the seniors housing portfolio. Andrew and his team identify opportunities across the platform to maximize values and drive investor returns. In doing so, Anthology can continue to support its valued residents and best-in-class team members.

Andrew is a member of the American Seniors Housing Association Rising Leaders Program.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Michael oversees and is responsible for all project sourcing, development, and construction activities, including site identification and acquisition, pre-development, entitlement, design, and construction. 

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Miami University and a master’s degree in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a licensed architect.

Sally Lein, an active State of Colorado CPA, is responsible for the finance and accounting functions for a portfolio of 40+ senior living assets most of which are owner operated.

Sally graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting.  She was also a Peace Corp Volunteer in the Fiji Islands.

Kristen is responsible for oversight of the corporate accounting, fund accounting, and tax functions for Anthology’s development and investment management lines of business.

Kristen is a licensed CPA in Colorado and brings over 20 years of real estate industry experience to the Anthology team. Before joining Anthology, Kristen was the Senior Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Aimco and spent 17 years with “Big 4” public accounting firms, specializing in real estate. Kristen has a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Jake Call is responsible for clinical operations and compliance across the Anthology Senior Living portfolio. Additionally, he works alongside the regional and community team members to ensure that the Anthology core values are consistently practiced and delivered within our communities.

Jake has served in the healthcare field for almost 20 years and is a licensed nursing home and residential care administrator in over 10 states.

Graham Peterson oversees and coordinates all projects in development for Anthology and is responsible for the management and delivery of all communities under construction.  His involvement begins in the pre-construction stage and carries through to the first year of operations.

Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Lehigh University, a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Virginia, and a certificate of Construction Management from Washington University in St Louis.

Kelly Wetzel is responsible for all human resources functions across Anthology Senior Living, including employee relations, recruiting, retention, payroll, and benefits administration. In addition, she acts as a business partner to develop strategies and achieve organizational goals. Kelly earned a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and is dual certified by the Society for Human Resources Management and HR Certification Institute.
